"The final report of the Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control, convened by LC, is expected to highlight significant issues and to make recommendations for future action. Local System vendors will be watching these results with interest as they position themselves to provide support for 21st century bibliographic access and control services. Four local system representatives will discuss their design and/or product strategies for the next generation of access and control products. This is a follow-on program, extending the scope of discussion for the panel presentation “The Good, The Bad, The Ugly. Rethinking Bibliographic Services in the 21st Century.”
