Of course I know it intellectually, but it's good to get a reminder
because being human we sometimes feel pressure to do all kinds
of things we don't really want to do or need to do. Very often this
pressure is only from our own expectations!

P.S. Dumping is easier for me when I focus on priorities first, and
link tasks with specific ends I want to achieve. After I do my
holographic creation sheet, I'm always more in tune with my
priorities.
Create more peaceful space in your life by choosing to dump some
things. Sometimes saying no to one task helps you have the
energy you need for another task you really want to do!
